7 Measuring the “sustainability” of culture is difficult. While employment in the cultural sector is important to measure, it is also important to gather information about the number of producers and consumers of culture. This concern will be addressed in the Kingston Community Cultural Policy Plan. For a list of cultural organizations in Kingston, please visit, www.immigrationkingston.ca/ethnocultural
