
Kingston Integrated Healthcare (KIHC) is a locally owned healthcare facility of nine multi-disciplinary health professionals including Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, and a Psychotherapist. Integrative medicine is a sustainable healthcare approach that combines the wisdom of ancient healthcare systems with facets of modern scientific disciplines, including environmentalism and medicine. KIHC works with their patients and our city towards provision of sustainable healthcare for the advancement of our environment and community.

Community Economic Development All of our 9 health practiioners are entrepreneurs and sole proprietors. Having a financially sustainable healthcare practice is a definate challenge and many individuals struggle in this field. Local Food Network Our current efforts are guided toward improving the local food network in Kingston. We have a good working relationship with some Community Supported Agriculture (CSAs) in town and promote their services. Improve Access to Primary Healthcare KIHC is home to 3 Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) who provide primary care medical services similar to family physicians (MDs). NDs are licensed by the Ontario government to conduct physical exams, order blood tests, and diagnose.
