KEYS Job Centre d’emploi is a community-based centre with expertise in employment and employment related services. They provide services to the whole community — job seekers looking for a job or exploring career options; employers looking to hire the right staff; or newcomers to Canada requiring English training and settlement help.

Mentoring Partnership The Mentoring Partnership includes three different approaches to connecting skilled immigrants with local professionals in similar occupations: Professional Mentoring, The Connector Program and Career Speed Networking Session.	- The goal of the Mentoring Partnership is to assist skilled immigrants in attaining meaningful employment in the occupation in which they are trained. The program will help them to expand their professional networks and will provide exposure to the local job market and Canadian workplace culture. - Our target is 30 professional mentoring matches per year, in addition to Connector matches and three speed networking events each year. Increase Staff Diversity Increase staff diversity to include persons with disabilities, youth, students and newcomers to Canada.	Better represent the diverse population of the community we serve.	Ongoing	Primary theme: CU4 All themes by pillar Cultural: CU4 CU3 CU2 Social: SO5 SO1
Reduce Consumption Internally Reduce consumption of energy and resources and reduce waste by encouraging staff through an email and poster campaign to turn off computers/lights when not in use and default to double-sided print. Will introduce recycling of plastic/glass instead of just paper.	Become more environmentally sustainable and lead to the community we serve by example.
